Dairy-free Chocolate Milk
½ cup unsalted, raw cashews
2 dates
2 TBS cacao powder
2 cups filtered water
Place all ingredients into a blender. Puree on high until well combined.
Serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. If in the refrigerator, shake or stir before use.
Can add coffee to make a mocha, or 1 cup ice, in place of half the water, to create a frozen chocolate drink.
