Back To All Bread And Crackers

Rosemary Crackers

Makes: 20 crackers

2 cups almond flour

1 egg

½ tsp sea salt

½ tsp pepper

1 TBS fresh rosemary

Preheat oven to 350 °F.

Place all ingredients into a food processor, pulse until a dough forms.

Put dough between two pieces of parchment paper.

Roll out dough to 1/16 inch thick.

Cut into 2 inch squares using a pizza cutter or a knife.

Sprinkle with extra sea salt and pepper if desired.

Bake for 12-14 minutes.

Serve, and enjoy!
