Teriyaki Chicken

Chicken, cut into pieces

½ cup coconut aminos (a healthier alternative to soy sauce)

1 TBS honey

1 TBS fresh ginger, minced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp arrowroot

Cook in a crockpot for 4-5 hours on high. Serve with cauliflower rice.
